What is your Check call Policy?

Here at BWA we require daily check calls, this is one way for BWA Logistics to help our customers streamline their shipments.  This can be done by calling or texting your scheduling agent.




Who do I contact for load issues?

If an issue with a load arises contact the Agent listed on the rate confirmation or reach our main office at (816) 255-5387, for faster assistant have your load number available.

What is your detention policy?

Carriers must text or call the scheduling agent thirty minutes prior to the start of detention time or at the first sign of a shortage, load change, paperwork delay, etc. We require the shipper/receiver notate your check in and out times on the paperwork If they will not notate, notify BWA before leaving the facility.

How is load paperwork submitted?

All load documentation is submitted by email to the agent who originally scheduled the load. If you have questions or issues with submission, please reach out to our office at (816) 255- 5387.

What is your Onboarding Process?

We aim to simplify this process for all of our carriers through ITS Onboarding, please see our carrier page and register to become one of our preferred carriers.

What documents are required for payment?

Your invoice, a signed bill of lading (BOL), lumper receipts and any other paperwork that is applicable to the load. BWA requires all paperwork include our load number (located on your rate confirmation.)

What trailer types and services do you provide?

The diverse needs of our customers generate opportunities for all trailer types, including specialized services. Whether you are an Owner-Operator or a Private Fleet, BWA can help find a load that fits you.

What are your Quick Pay Options?

Our normal terms are 30 days, however we offer our carriers the option of Quick Pay,  3 days  at 3% .Shoot us an email and we'll be glad to get you the forms..

Do you provide specialized services?

We provide specialized services for a broad array of shippers including  Expedited, Oversize, Team Driver, Drop Trailer, Local, Cross Docking, Power-Only, Round trip, Trade Show and Construction ("job site") deliveries.
